ClientFlow AI — From Client Request to Ready-to-Start Project
Hi, I’m Javiria Khan, and I built ClientFlow AI for freelancers and agencies who spend too much time turning vague client requests into organized projects.
ClientFlow AI transforms a client request into a structured workflow:
The goal was to create more than an AI concept — I wanted to build a practical workflow that helps move a project from the first client message to execution.
I built FlowPilot AI ⚡ — an AI-powered operations platform that transforms customer requests into intelligent workflows.
From AI-powered request analysis and smart prioritization to conditional automation and human approval, FlowPilot helps small businesses streamline operations and reduce repetitive work.
Meet the Anivia MCP
The new feature I'm excited about.
Here how this work:
1. You're building your product with AI
2. Then stumble across a problem that needs more attention
3. type '/anivia help me redesign pricing page it doesnt convert'
4. we bring the PR the next day (or Figma)
The cool thing about this workflow is that your own AI sends us all the context we need to do a great job, so it's never been easier to scale team
Take a look :)
The handoff only works if the AI carries the right context. Does Anivia read the existing component system and analytics too, or mainly the prompt and screenshot? That seems key for a pricing change.
A booking platform is more than a calendar.
I worked on Duna, a Pilates scheduling platform with an integrated payment gateway.
What interests me about projects like this is the connection between the software and the actual business workflow: how people book, how payments fit into that process, and how the experience works for both customers and the team.
It’s the kind of development I enjoy—turning an operational need into a usable web product.
I’m open to projects involving booking systems, API integrations, and custom business applications.
The tricky part is keeping a class spot reserved while payment is still pending, then releasing it cleanly if checkout expires. Did you use a temporary booking hold for that?
