Just shared my latest long-form YouTube editing work for Texicureans, featuring a journey through Gonzales, Texas.
This project highlights traditional video editing using real client footage, with a focus on pacing, storytelling, and post-production.
I work with both traditional footage and AI-assisted video production, and I enjoy bringing different stories to life!
Mixing traditional editing with AI-assisted tools is interesting. How do you decide where each one fits in a long-form edit?
Thanks, Rafee! It really depends on the project and the client's goals. For traditional footage, I focus on pacing, storytelling, and maintaining an authentic feel. AI-assisted tools can complement the process when appropriate, but I always prioritize what works best for the content.
Thank you, Aly! 😊 This particular project was actually all traditional editing using client-provided footage. I enjoy working with both traditional and AI-assisted video production, but for this one, the focus was on authentic storytelling and bringing the footage together through editing.
