I was in charge of the two mobile apps for a ride-hailing project inspired by Lyft and Uber. When I joined, both apps were a mess. I completely revamped them, working with the company's designer to fully redesign the rider and driver applications, also to improve the user experience and make the ride booking process smooth and easy. I also worked alongside the lead developer to add new features and implement new systems. In all honesty, I learned a lot from him, and thanks to his guidance, I was able to expand into backend development. This experience helped me become a full-stack developer who can maintain and create systems from scratch where the frontend, backend, and database all work together synchronously.
