I wrote for a wellness brand where conversions were tanking. So we stopped writing for "adults 35 to 55" and started writing for the man who tried three supplements, told his wife they were working, and quietly stopped, then convinced nothing would ever work.
Within a few days, Inbox was flooded with raving messages.
Your funnel is not bleeding because of poor traffic.
It is bleeding because your message started feeling like an ad.

Your landing page looks amazing but nobody is booking a call.
Your design is beautiful, animations are smooth, typography is tight. But conversion rates are lower than you’d like them to be.
While the design is solid, when you dig deeper, you still can't tell what the business does or who it's for.
If visitors land on your website and can't figure out what you do within 3 seconds, they're going to bounce.
The fixes for this are usually simple:
1️⃣ Your headline needs to say what you do in plain language - not a clever tagline. Who you help, the problem you solve, and the outcome they get.
2️⃣ Your CTA needs to be obvious and appear above the fold. If someone has to scroll even once to contact you, you’re already losing them.
3️⃣ Social proof needs to show up early. A logo bar, star ratings, or strong testimonial above the fold tells visitors somebody has already trusted you.
Design captures people's attention, clarity gets them to take action.
A lot of business owners take pride in having a beautiful website, and they should. But I'd bet they'd trade some of that pride for more inbound leads.
If your website looks great but isn’t converting, the problem isn’t the design - it might be the messaging.

Strategic and high-conversion.
For Energy Central, I also took a much bolder approach for one of the ideas.
For every project, I always push one idea that sits at the bolder end of the scale. It probably won't make the final cut, but elements of it usually do.
The reason I do it? Presenting only "safe" ideas is underwhelming. I want clients to feel a buzz when they first see our work. The same excitement you get when you buy a new car or unwrap a present for the first time.
That's the feeling I'm chasing every time I design.
Man, you nailed it. What a beautiful design.
Your Website has failed.
If users have to guess what to do next,
if they feel confused, lost, or overwhelmed,
Your website isn't just imperfect, it is broken.
Think of your users like someone with blurred vision.
Now imagine your website is the road they are walking on.
If the path isn't clear,
If the signs are missing,
If the direction isn't obvious,
They won't slow down to figure it out .
They'll leave.
Good design isn't decoration.
It's direction.
Every button should guide.
Every section should communicate.
Every interaction should feel effortless.
Because when users have to think too much, they stop.
That’s exactly the problem I set out to solve
while designing this skincare website.
In an industry built on trust, clarity matters more than aesthetics.
Users shouldn’t struggle to:
find the right product,
understand what it does,
or decide what works for their skin.
So I designed an experience where:
Every product speaks clearly.
Every section guides the user.
Every interaction builds confidence.
From discovering products
to making a purchase,
the journey feels simple, intentional, and effortless.
Because skincare is already personal
the experience of choosing it shouldn’t be complicated.
