This project is an AI-powered business automation system designed to streamline customer interactions, orders, payments, and inventory management. The AI Agent can access and read real-time inventory data, ensuring customers can only order items that are currently available. It can also process and interpret payment receipts, helping verify payment details before completing an order. Once payment is successfully confirmed, the system automatically records the transaction and updates the inventory by deducting the quantity sold. This creates an end-to-end workflow that connects customer communication, payment verification, order processing, and inventory management with minimal manual intervention.
