This was one of my first interior design projects as an independent real estate broker — my office in downtown Beirut. Here, I was responsible for the complete interior concept of the office — furniture selection, finishes, materials, decor, and overall vibe. I was also responsible for the complete renovation of the bathroom from zero to 100 (tiles, ceiling, sanitary ware, and accessories).
My goal was to create a luxurious workspace to complement the area whilst also maintaining comfort and practicality. Although this is an older project, it reflects my design approach and attention to detail — creating interiors that feel sophisticated and intentional.

I developed a luxury perfume bottle concept from initial hand sketches through to production-ready design. Using CAD, I modeled the thick-walled glass vessel, internal cavity, and magnetic closure cap. I incorporated strict DFM principles for glass molding and plastic collar injection, ensuring uniform wall distribution and proper pump collar snap-fits. The final delivery included fully dimensioned engineering drawings with GD&T tolerances and photorealistic renders capturing glass refraction, liquid mass, and metallic foil accents.

Amazing work , looks so great
This project was the full renovation of a small apartment that was in an uninhabitable state. Managing the entire process — my goal was to transform it into a modern, functional, and comfortable living space while making use of every square meter effectively.
The renovation involved installing completely new flooring with more modern-looking tiles, installing new doors and soundproof windows, relocating and adding more functional electrical outlets in the walls, and a new paint job.
Once the structural work was complete, I carefully selected minimalist furniture to accommodate spacial limitations but also maintain a sense of comfort. In addition to this, I chose brand new lighting, decor, and accessories to create a cohesive interior. The result was a complete transformation from an apartment that was no longer suitable for living into a stylish/cozy fully furnished home ready for tenants.
