From low engagement to a more active community 📈
One of the things I enjoy most about social media strategy is seeing what happens when a brand starts creating with purpose.
For this project, the focus was on improving audience engagement and creating content that encouraged more interaction from the community.
Through a more intentional content approach, audience-focused messaging, and consistent engagement efforts, the page experienced a noticeable improvement in engagement.
A reminder that growth on social media is not always about posting more — it is about understanding your audience and creating content that connects.
Always excited to help brands build stronger online communities.

Where does the order message get built, in the browser or on a server? And does the shop owner see each order somewhere, or only in the customer's chat app?
