Here's how I seed sample products in my E-Commerce backend.
I used a DataSeeder class that implements CommandLineRunner to automatically create categories and products when the application starts.
Categories: Electronics, Home & Kitchen, Clothing.
Products: Smartphone, Laptop, Winter Jacket etc.
This makes testing APIs much easier without inserting data every time.
