AI Voice Receptionist for Dental Clinics 🦷 📱
I developed an AI-powered voice receptionist for dental clinics, designed to handle natural voice conversations and automate appointment scheduling.
The agent can talk with patients, answer frequently asked questions, check availability, and book appointments directly in Google Calendar, reducing manual work for the clinic staff.
To build the system, I integrated ElevenLabs for natural voice interactions, n8n for workflow logic and automation, and Google Calendar for checking availability and managing appointments.
The agent was designed to:
- Handle patient inquiries through voice.
- Maintain natural and contextual conversations.
- Check available appointment times.
- Automatically book new appointments.
- Collect the necessary patient information.
- Run automated workflows with n8n.
Connect with external tools through APIs and webhooks. This project shows how AI Agents, Voice AI, APIs, and automation can be combined to create a practical solution for dental clinics, medical centers, and other businesses that depend on appointments and phone-based customer service.
