I designed a centralized, automated, and easy-to-use system to track loans through every stage, provide real-time visibility, and automate routine notifications and reminders. Using Monday.com, I created;
A centralized board with customized columns and interconnected boards for seamless data flow through mirrored columns
Automated notifications and reminders to reduce manual work
A live dashboard with key metrics, including total loans disbursed, approved, and pending approval, a table for showing total amount due, total amount paid, and total amount to be balanced with a chart that shows the type of loans.
