I built an automated Sentiment Analysis workflow using n8n that handles the entire customer feedback process from submission to response.
Here's how it works:
When a customer submits feedback through the form, the system automatically analyzes the sentiment. If the feedback is positive, it gets logged in a dedicated Google Sheet, and an AI agent crafts a personalized appreciation email that's sent immediately to the customer.
For negative feedback, the system takes a different approach. It logs the response in a separate Google Sheet, then an AI agent analyzes the complaint and suggests specific improvements based on the customer's experience.
