I enjoy the behind-the-scenes work: keeping the moving parts moving, spotting what’s slowing things down, and building simple systems that make work easier.

Sometimes that looks like executive support. Sometimes it’s an SOP. Sometimes it’s a Notion workspace. Sometimes it’s an automation doing the work nobody wants to do manually. 😂
