A bespoke visual project-management platform built from scratch with AI.
Command Centre was created to solve a real problem: managing multiple creative projects, clients, ideas, content and deadlines without information disappearing across spreadsheets, notes and conversations.
Instead of adapting an off-the-shelf project-management tool, we built our own.
It brings everything into one visual workspace — projects, daily priorities, tasks, scripts, storyboards, images, assets, notes, deadlines and ideas.
At the heart of the system is a simple “1% Today” philosophy. Rather than overwhelming the user with a huge task list, Command Centre identifies the next meaningful action that will move a project forward.
Each project has its own visual workspace where you can see its progress, current next move and all of the creative material associated with it. Ideas can also be thrown into a Brain Dump and organised later, so nothing gets lost.
The platform is responsive, works across desktop and mobile, has its own database and file storage, and was designed around the way its user actually works rather than forcing the user to adapt to generic software.
Why we're showcasing it
Command Centre demonstrates that AskAdy Creative can build more than websites.
We can take a business problem or even a rough “I wish I had something that did this…” idea and turn it into a working bespoke web application with its own interface, workflows, database and functionality.
Qloxia is a project management and team collaboration SaaS concept designed around a simple product promise:
Bring projects, people, and progress into one place.
The experience combines:
• Project management
• Task management
• Team collaboration
• Planning and analytics
• Progress visualization
• Social proof
• SaaS pricing
• Conversion-focused UX
The design direction uses soft visual environments, editorial typography, rounded components, product-led storytelling, and structured content hierarchy to make the platform feel both professional and approachable.
The goal wasn't to make another dashboard-heavy SaaS website.
It was to create an experience where users can quickly understand the product, explore its capabilities, build confidence, and take action.

Made the dashboard for web application and used task management systems like Jira or Asana to improve efficiency and speed of work.
🤔 The problem was simple: new users opened the app, saw an empty workspace and had no idea where to start. So I turned the home page into a place that tells you what to do next. It allows to pick a template and you're set up in one click, follow a short checklist to finish onboarding, and check your inbox to see who's working on what without digging through boards.
