Dental offices often handle patient messages, appointment questions, billing requests, and follow ups across too many disconnected channels. This project was built to bring patient communication into one clean messaging platform so staff could respond faster, stay organized, and manage conversations with less manual work.
I designed and developed a real time messaging system with patient conversations, inbox filters, message status, team assignment, routing rules, quick replies, internal notes, and conversation history. The platform helped staff manage website chat, SMS, and patient inquiries from one simple dashboard.
My work covered the frontend messaging interface, backend API structure, WebSocket based real time updates, conversation routing logic, user roles, activity tracking, debugging, and production support. The result was a practical communication tool that helped dental offices improve response visibility, reduce missed messages, and manage patient conversations more confidently.

The website includes a strong visual hero section, featured property listings, property detail cards, agent introduction, service highlights, FAQ section, buyer and seller testimonials, latest market notes, performance statistics, and a polished contact-focused footer. The design uses elegant typography, large property imagery, clean spacing, and a professional layout to create a high-end real estate brand experience.
Although the website has the visual quality of a no-code or Framer-style landing page, it was developed as a custom React.js frontend, giving it better flexibility, reusable components, responsive structure, and future scalability. The project is suitable for real estate agencies, luxury property agents, apartment sales, rental platforms, broker portfolios, and property marketing websites.

📝 What I Built
I built a Cold Lead Reactivation Dashboard designed to help businesses reconnect with inactive leads and bring them back into active conversations. The dashboard uses AI-powered lead scoring, lead activity tracking, and personalized outreach workflows to help sales and marketing teams focus on the opportunities most likely to convert.

I have uploaded an overview screen recording demonstrating the complete dashboard experience, workflow navigation, and key features. The recording provides a better understanding of the user journey and overall functionality than static screenshots alone.
🛠️ How I Used Stitch
I used Stitch to design and prototype the complete dashboard experience. It helped me quickly create the layout, dashboard structure, workflow visualization, KPI cards, analytics sections, and overall user interface. This allowed me to focus more on the business workflow and user experience while rapidly iterating on different design ideas.
💡 Feedback on Stitch
My experience with Stitch was very positive. It made it easy to turn an idea into a professional dashboard prototype in a short amount of time. The interface is simple to use, and the AI-assisted design process helped generate layouts and components much faster than building everything manually.
One feature I particularly liked was the ability to preview designs across different screen sizes. Being able to switch between Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop views made it much easier to visualize the user experience and ensure the design remained responsive across devices.
Overall, Stitch is a great tool for quickly exploring ideas, creating prototypes, and validating concepts before moving into development.
Forget good, this is exceptional on every level.
