The full-screen editorial concept (B) looks incredible, but what really makes it work is how the white typographic layer breaks across the boundary of the dark background and the image. It adds a beautiful layer of depth and makes the layout feel alive rather than static. Lovely attention to detail!

Voted Option 1. The blue makes the enormos wordmark pop way more, the dark version almost blends into itself. Portfolio sites need that first second of impact.
