As a Business Analyst on the Digital Engagement team, I supported the Dream force conference team in defining requirements for a new mobile app aimed at enhancing attendee engagement and networking. Leveraging user research from prior events, I analysed business needs, identified integration opportunities within Salesforce, and recommended configurations to optimize the attendee experience. The resulting app improved real-time communication, event scheduling, and partner visibility, making Dream force the most connected conference yet.
