Client Onboarding Automation with Make.com
My role. Make.com Automation Specialist
Project description. I built a client onboarding automation that turns a manual process into a structured workflow. The system captures new client information from Google Forms, checks the client database, routes new and existing clients, creates or updates records, generates onboarding tasks, tracks completion, validates client information, and sends an automated completion email through Gmail. Built with Make.com, Google Forms, Google Sheets, conditional routing, data aggregation, validation, and Gmail.
