A woman wakes convinced there's an intruder in her home. The truth is so much worse.
I made this entire psychological horror short inside Renoise Canvas - every shot animated in Seedance 2.0 and stitched together right on the timeline. FacePass was the absolute game-changer for me: holding a character consistent across ~25 shots is usually the hardest part of AI video, and FacePass kept the quality and the consistency locked the whole way through. It's the single reason this feels like one film instead of a pile of disconnected clips.
I had so much fun directing this one shot by shot - having the look, the pacing, and the consistency all in one place is genuinely something else.

YouTube Script Rewrite & Retention Optimization
Transforming a Business Story Into a More Engaging Viewer Experience
For this project, I analyzed and rewrote a YouTube script for a video titled "How I Scaled to $1M/Month."
The original script had a strong foundation: real experience, valuable lessons, and a compelling business story. However, I identified opportunities to improve how the information was delivered so viewers would have stronger reasons to continue watching.
I applied my GWRPR Framework (Grab, Warm Up, Rehook, Plan, Redirect) — a retention-focused approach designed to strengthen viewer attention throughout the video.
I broke down longer sentences and improved the rhythm of the script to make key moments feel more impactful and easier to follow.
1. Increased Curiosity
I added open loops and stronger transitions that encourage viewers to stay for the next reveal.
2. Mid-Video Rehook
I introduced a retention reset point to regain viewer attention before the second half of the video
3. Clearer Value Delivery

My Process:
1. Analyzed the original script for retention weaknesses.
2. Identified moments where viewer attention could drop.
3. Rebuilt sections using storytelling psychology and audience retention principles.
4. Explained the reasoning behind every major change
Result:
The rewritten version maintained the creator's original ideas while making the script more engaging, structured, and optimized for viewer retention.
This project showcases my ability to go beyond writing — I help creators understand why viewers stay, why they leave, and how to structure content that holds attention.
