One thing I've learned from building websites and digital experiences is that users rarely notice what you've added, but they immediately notice what gets in their way.
Removing unnecessary steps, simplifying navigation, improving readability, or making a call-to-action more obvious often has a bigger impact than adding another feature.
Good design isn't about doing more.
It's about making the important things easier.
