Modern Residential Tower FaƧade Design
This project presents a contemporary faƧade design for a multi-story residential building, developed to create a distinctive identity through bold geometric forms, clean lines, and a balanced material palette. The composition combines textured cladding, glass balconies, decorative screens, integrated LED lighting, and landscaped balconies to achieve a modern, elegant appearance.
The design emphasizes verticality while maintaining visual balance across the elevation. Large openings maximize daylight and views, while architectural frames and feature elements add depth and create a strong visual landmark within the urban context.
My role included:
Architectural faƧade concept and design
Material selection and faƧade composition
Exterior lighting design
Architectural detailing
3D modeling and photorealistic visualization
Presentation renderings
Software used: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Resort Master Planning & Landscape Architecture
Designed a comprehensive master plan for a hospitality resort featuring motel accommodations, restaurants, a wedding venue, landscaped gardens, swimming pools, water features, and outdoor recreational spaces. The project focused on creating efficient circulation, clear functional zoning, and a cohesive outdoor experience that blends architecture with nature. The landscape was carefully planned to provide visual interest, improve guest comfort, and establish inviting public spaces throughout the development.
