Building a creative portfolio for a client & experimenting with different interaction patterns.

I’ve been seeing this expandable button trend on X a lot, so I tested a version in Framer. Instead of separate Contact and About pages, there’s a single button that expands to reveal a photo, messsage, email, and social links.

Kinda like attaching a business card to the front of a physical portfolio folder the focus stays on the work, but when you need more context you know where to find it.

This is a Framer project I’ve been working on recently. Framer gives a lot of freedom to experiment with interactions and layouts, which makes the process feel really flexible. The workflow is fast and easy to work with, so it’s simple to test different ideas along the way. It’s been interesting to see how small interaction details can change the overall experience. Still exploring more with Framer.::
