Spent 4 weeks redesigning the court booking experience for Padeli. Most sports booking sites are trapped in text-heavy, manual chaos.
Here are the design decisions that mattered most to fix it!
The final landing page. Built around an immediate visual booking flow, because players want to lock in their court in seconds, not chat manually.
Static feature lists don't convert buyers dynamic, high impact product demos do.
Instead of overwhelming the viewer, the motion design focuses purely on what matters:
Instant Value: Bold kinetic typography highlighting private, secure enterprise access.
Feature Clarity: Snappy UI transitions showcasing seamless switching between top open-source models like DeepSeek R1, Flux, and Llama.
Brand Trust: A clean, fast-paced rhythm that leaves a premium impression in under 20 seconds.
