Just published a case study for Gamz — a social sports platform I designed end-to-end for iOS and Android.
The real challenge wasn't any single screen. It was making something feel effortless for casual players ("just let me find a game and play") while handling real complexity underneath — team management, league tables, fixtures, results, even the tools competition organisers need to run it all.
Mapped the player journey first, then built a design system that kept everything fast, bold, and consistent across the whole app.
Curious how others approach designing for two very different user types (players vs. organisers) in one product — what's worked for you?
