Around a year ago, I made these character animations that represented the different flavours from the new 2G disposables from Adioslab. Almost forgot that a lazy guy like me used to be so excited to try out new things, face new challenges. All of these provided character designs were AI-generated, so I had to do a lot of work to prepare them for animation. And then came the struggle of finding real stock footage that is relevant to the city of Los Angeles. I had to motion track and add these 2D characters to the real footage, and yeah, working with footage in After Effects is the worst. Although it was a traumatising period at that time, as my boss was expecting me to finish all the character videos within a week, all by myself, but looking back, I guess I can say that I'm proud of how I pulled these off.

So cute! Is the live-action video layers generated by AI, or is it real live action?

Oh no, those are stock footages I collected from Envato and Freepik. Video generations were horrible at that time :3
