Bondrro is a peer-to-peer shipping marketplace mobile app built in React Native for iOS and Android. It connects senders who need items delivered internationally with travelers who have spare luggage capacity on their trips — turning everyday travel into an earning opportunity.

I built the full mobile application including dual-role flows for both senders and travelers, a shipment posting system with item categorization, pricing and insurance logic, a trip posting flow with traveler verification via Didit KYC integration, real-time messaging between senders and travelers, an activity tab tracking shipment and trip statuses across six stages from Pending to Payout, a profile dashboard showing total trips, shipments and income, and a bottom navigation with role-aware screens. The backend APIs, admin dashboard for user management, traveler verification approval, and chat monitoring were also part of the full-stack delivery.
