Pocketride is a ride-hailing app for riders and drivers - book a ride, get matched with a driver, get where you're going. We built it for mid-size Canadian cities like Sarnia, which are too small for the big platforms (Uber etc.) to prioritize but have plenty of real demand. It's currently live with real drivers and riders.
How we built it on Bubble: Server-side recursive dispatch workflows -moved all ride-matching logic off the client so it keeps running even when a driver's phone is minimized or backgrounded, fixing a major reliability gap from client-side timers.
Push notifications via the Devices field - needed for push to reliably reach drivers across app states.
Deep-linked navigation to Google Maps - native mobile doesn't support HTML elements, so we route drivers out to Maps for turn-by-turn instead of building nav in-app.
Twilio SMS as a redundant channel alongside push, so notifications land even when FCM delivery is inconsistent. And, also for phone OTPs while signing up.
Stripe for payments, with QuickBooks Contractor Payments integration in progress for direct driver payouts.
A single shared ride-claim action to prevent race conditions when multiple drivers get notified about the same ride at once.
The fun part of building this on Bubble was proving out a real-time, race-condition-sensitive, notification-heavy system, the kind you'd normally assume needs a custom backend, entirely on the platform.

WaitTime is a real-time wait-time reporting app that helps people know how busy a place is before they visit.
Users can explore places, check wait levels, and submit their own wait-time reports. A report includes the selected place, wait level, and optional notes.
The app supports Low (0–15 min), Medium (15–45 min), and High (45+ min) wait levels. Users can also view their submitted reports in My Reports and use search, filters, saved places, and profile features.
I built WaitTime with Bubble, focusing on a simple, intuitive interface and a functional end-to-end experience.
The goal is to make waiting more predictable through community-powered, up-to-date wait-time information.

Helix replaces 8 disconnected tools freelancers juggle every day. Content scheduling, client contracts, scope creep protection, invoicing, tax tracking, lead management, and bookkeeping — all unified in one dark, premium dashboard.
Why I built it: Freelancers waste 3+ hours/week switching between Buffer, FreshBooks, Notion, Calendly, and spreadsheets. Helix eliminates that entirely. One login. One dashboard. Zero context switching.
Key modules: Content Forge (repurpose content across platforms), ScopeShield (prevent scope creep with change orders), Smart Billing (invoices + payment tracking), Tax Pocket (automatic tax set-aside), Lead Pulse CRM, and Smart Books.
Built with Supabase authentication + database, full Row Level Security, and deployed on Netlify.

CoverageIQ helps small contractors turn messy subcontractor insurance certificates into clear compliance decisions.
Instead of simply storing certificates, it connects project requirements with submitted coverage and highlights exactly what needs attention — from missing documents to insufficient coverage.
The goal: make vendor insurance compliance faster, clearer, and actionable.
