My name is Yash Patel, and I'm 23 years old, from the beautiful state of Gujarat, India. 🇮🇳
I'm writing this post because I genuinely need some advice and support from this amazing community.
I've been working in the tech and digital marketing industry for the past 3 years. My skills include:
💻 Web Development (React, Next.js, Shopify, WordPress)
🎨 UI/UX Design & Website Design
📈 Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads & Google Ads)
🚀 Building websites and digital experiences that help businesses grow.
I love what I do, and I'm confident in my skills. But there's one thing I'm still struggling with — getting my first freelance client.
It's been over 3 months since I started trying to find freelance work, and I haven't earned a single dollar yet.
I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm sharing it because I really want to learn, improve, and build something for myself.
At 23, one of my biggest dreams is to become financially independent and support my family. ❤️
I have the skills, I'm willing to work hard, and I'm ready to give my best to every opportunity. I just don't know how to get that first client who will trust me.

I created a brand identity concept for Velora, an AI productivity platform. I explored the logo, colors, typography, and how the brand could look across a website, mobile app, and everyday products. I wanted everything to feel consistent, modern, and easy to recognize.
The blue is perfect for this. I’ve seen so many AI brands do boring black/white but this gradient gives it energy. And Plus Jakarta Sans was a great choice, keeps it friendly.
What if a botanical brand functioned as an archive rather than a catalogue?
FLORAE is a speculative identity exploring the relationship between nature, observation, and time. Imagined as a living botanical archive, the brand documents the small, often overlooked changes through which growth reveals itself.
Each specimen becomes a record. Each observation adds to a growing collection. Together, they form an evolving archive of botanical forms, patterns, and transformations.
The visual identity draws from scientific documentation, editorial typography, organic textures, and a restrained botanical palette. Numbered observations, specimen records, and archival language establish a visual system that feels both analytical and alive, balancing the precision of documentation with the unpredictability of nature.
Rather than presenting nature as something static to be collected, FLORAE treats it as something to be observed, interpreted, and continuously rediscovered.
