I just wrapped a SaaS pomo video for YouLinc. And honestly, their product isn’t easy to explain. Most designers jump straight into motion design and hope it works. But I spent the real time upfront, obsessing over the script, understanding their story, building out a detailed storyboard that mapped every frame. The motion graphics came second, because if the foundation isn’t solid, no amount of polish fixes it. When they saw the final cut, the message landed immediately. That’s the difference between making something that looks cool and making something that actually works.
