I've long thought my creative process was too intangible to automate. Motion design involves a hundred small judgment calls per screen, many of which I wouldn't even know how to vocalize, let alone solve through software.
Remotion caught my attention over the past few months, but having to prompt changes without being able to see and tweak my designs first felt like a non-starter for how I like to work. Once I started exploring what's possible with Paper, I began to change my mind. 💡
Building out my dream automated motion graphics workflow for the #PaperChallenge has been an awesome challenge. Using Claude Code, the Paper MCP, the Notion MCP, and Remotion, I created a custom set of skills that let me work with AI through the full process of identifying, designing, and animating key screens, while keeping the creative judgment that matters most to me in my own hands.
There's so more to explore, and I’m excited to continue building workflows I only dreamed were possible a few years ago!

I have explored various scenarios where the AI agent can help me go from concept, into design exploration and develop it into a live prototype by interacting with Paper MCP.
Frosbyte is an file compression tool that automatically detects the format of the files and makes it easy to compress and convert. (I only had time to finish the image compression tool)
I connected AI agents to perfect the initial concept and create new variations of the compression tool for images, by enhancing the UI and UX of it.
Extra accuracy for pixel perfect design, as I prompted the AI to read the annotations from paper and further develop it with the correct animations into the engaging hero section that it should become.
Paper makes it look easy. AI models can read easily and turn ideas into design ideation, read highly custom designs and turn them into a live prototype.
Additionally, AI agents were prompted to work on the responsive screens of the design on paper.

Built a Live Adaptive Sales Dashboard that updates itself — no manual edits, no refresh stress.
Here’s what I explored 👇

→ Fully generated inside Paper’s connected canvas
Stack I used:
• Cursor Agent (Claude-powered)
• Zapier MCP → fetches live data from Google Sheets
• Paper MCP → rewrites the dashboard directly on canvas
How it works:
Update sales data in Google Sheets
Run a single prompt in Cursor
Agent pulls + analyzes data (KPIs, trends, insights)
Instantly updates the entire dashboard UI on Paper
What gets generated automatically:
• KPI cards with smooth animations
• Monthly sales trend (line chart)
• Category-wise performance (bar chart)
• Region distribution (doughnut chart)
• Recent transactions + AI insights
Feels like dashboards are no longer static products…
they’re becoming living systems powered by agents.
My creative workflow has changed a lot since I started using AI image generation.
