My full design cycle for an AI startup π»β¨
One of my recent favorite projects was a full design cycle for Telephone AI β
brand identity, website, industry pages, and the platform itself.
AI integrated into every step of the process.
Case study is still coming π
But working on that project reminded me of what I actually love most
about early-stage startups: being in on it early.
Researching a new market, figuring out who the real user is,
what they need, what they've never had before β
and laying the right foundation from day one
instead of fixing it later.
Best practices from MVP. Not retrofitted after.
Here's what that process looks like for me now:
β³ Claude Projects β all the context in one place:
call transcripts, competitor research, personas,
feature priorities for MVP and what-can-wait
β³ Claude Code β structure, interactions,
clickable logic tested before Figma even opens.
Design system with tokens built from the start.
β³ Figma MCP β moved there for customization
and a proper clickable prototype the client can actually walk through
From idea to something real to click β
without weeks of "give us time to think."

Built AUREN, a fully responsive e-commerce experience for a modular furniture brand, designed in Wonder and brought to life through Wonder MCP + Codex.
As someone who regularly designs e-commerce templates, I wanted to see how far I could take an idea inside one connected workflow. Wonder helped me move incredibly fast from visual direction and product imagery to responsive layouts, a complete design system, material assets, and then straight into a functional coded experience.
The final build includes product variants, modular configurations, cart interactions, responsive states, and a full mobile experience. What would normally require jumping between multiple tools became a much faster, more fluid process.
The video starts with the final showcase, followed by short clips showing how Wonder supported the project from first concept to live implementation.

A lot of creatives assume the project is finished when the design is done, In reality, it's finished when the right people have seen it.
New project: brand identity for LEVELUP FRANCE
I worked on the full visual identity, from strategy to logo, color palette and brand guidelines, translating a promise of method and rigor into something visual and premium. It was a stretch, and I loved every part of it.
