Toolbar design is where small hierarchy choices become product decisions. I like treating tooltip timing and shortcut exposure as part of the UX, not decoration.

Built an infinite canvas grid in Webflow with Claude Code. Hooked up to the CMS, so adding a new image is just a new entry.
The usual portfolio grid is 2x2 or 3x3. This one lets you scroll in any direction and place things wherever. Feels more like a moodboard.
The images bob up and down a tiny bit so it doesn't feel static. Hover zooms in slightly. Click zooms all the way in, flashes the screen white, and opens a new tab.
