Excited to submit my project, LinguaBridge AI, for the #ConfigMakeathon
Millions of immigrants, international students, and foreign workers face language barriers when applying for jobs, visiting doctors, using public transportation, or accessing essential services. Language learning apps often focus on grammar, but real life requires practical communication skills.
LinguaBridge AI is an AI-powered platform designed to help newcomers learn a language through real-world scenarios, including:
• Job interview practice
• Doctor appointments
• Banking and public services
• Daily conversations
• AI-powered speaking and grammar feedback
• Personalized learning progress tracking
Built using Figma's AI-powered tools, this project explores how design and AI can work together to make language learning more practical, accessible, and impactful.
This experience challenged me to think beyond interfaces and focus on solving a meaningful problem that affects communities worldwide.

What started as a simple idea became an experiment in accessibility and human-centered design.

Millions of people communicate through gestures every day, but most technology is built for voices, keyboards, and touchscreens.
I wanted to explore a different question:
"What if technology could learn how people already communicate?"
That's how Silent Bridge was born.

1️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲
I designed and generated the entire experience directly in Figma Make, focusing on accessibility, simplicity, and a premium user experience.
2️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Instead of traditional inputs, I wanted users to communicate through gestures using real-time camera tracking.
3️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀
MediaPipe tracks hand landmarks and understands gesture positions and movement patterns.
4️⃣ 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
Users can:
• Record a gesture
• Assign a meaning
• Save it
The system learns and recognizes custom gestures.
5️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲
Supabase stores:
• Gesture recordings
• Saved phrases
• Recognition history
6️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆
Users can build and share their own visual language instead of relying only on predefined gestures.

I love this work man! Now I can even create my own language with hand sign 😅, gonna use it when my girl will mad at me 😋
I didn't set out to build another educational app.
I started with a simple question:
How can screen time become more meaningful for children and their families?
That question led me to create WonderTrail.
WonderTrail is an educational adventure designed for children aged 6–10, where reading, math, science, creativity and storytelling become part of one magical journey.
Children explore new worlds, complete challenges, unlock achievements and build confidence through learning.
But WonderTrail isn't just for children.
Parents are part of the adventure too.
A bedtime story becomes a shared moment.
A completed level becomes a celebration.
A badge becomes a parent saying, "I'm proud of you."
In a world where technology often competes for attention, I wanted to explore how it could strengthen learning, curiosity and family connection instead.
WonderTrail transforms screen time into meaningful learning, meaningful achievement and meaningful family moments.

Just explored WonderTrail with my child and I'm impressed.
Most apps compete for attention.
This one encourages curiosity, learning and shared family moments.
The mix of stories, math, science and creativity is really well done.

FocusDock is a calming focus timer designed for work, study, reading, and deep focus sessions.

The idea started from a simple problem: most focus timers are functional, but they don’t feel personal or emotionally engaging. I wanted to create a timer that feels more like a small ritual, choosing your environment, placing your clock, setting the mood, and starting a focused session with intention.
With FocusDock, users can:
Choose a focus duration
Pick from different illustrated desk, shelf, and table backgrounds
Select a clock style
Place the clock naturally inside the scene
Start a clean, distraction-free focus session
Use ambient sounds or music to support concentration
The design direction is soft, calm, and minimal, using 2D illustrated backgrounds with clear surfaces where the clock can sit naturally. The goal is to make the clock feel like an object inside the workspace, not just a floating timer UI.
I’m using Figma’s suite of tools to explore the visual system, generate the interface direction, and build the interactive prototype with Figma Make. A big part of the challenge is making the experience feel polished: smooth transitions, thoughtful placement, responsive layouts, and a focus flow that feels simple but meaningful.
For me, this project is about turning time management into a calmer, more intentional experience.
