I created a “Trust in Allah” effect using invideo Editor’s AI editing agent. I wanted to create a meaningful visual where a bright white light appears from the sky and reveals the white text, creating a calm and eye-catching effect. I directed the agent to build the effect on my footage and refined the final result to achieve the look I wanted.

I've always wanted to try out the X-ray effect that's been trending so I decided to create a motion-design introduction that introduces me, Charles Ogada, as a Full-Stack AI Engineer, founder, and product builder. Rather than making a conventional talking-head introduction, I used typography, geometric transitions, and visual rhythm to turn my own footage into a short, art-directed personal introduction, then added the X-ray effect on one frame so that it doesn't look too much.
The interesting part isn't just the final result. It's being able to describe a creative idea, see the agent build it, and then direct the next iteration and it gets it.

Creative process
I started with original footage of myself and directed the invideo Editor timeline agent to build the effect around my creative vision wich was a motion design type video introducing myself and using the X-ray effect. I then reviewed the generated result, refined...
I wanted to test whether Invideo Editor’s AI timeline agent could replace hours of manual node compositing in After Effects to create a cinema-grade VFX shot from raw mobile footage.
How I built it:
The Footage: Raw 4K 60fps night plate of NYC with neon signs, streetlamps, and a wet puddle reflection.
Agent Direction: Using a prism refraction photo as a reference, I directed the agent in Ultra Mode to author a single custom shader that extracts luminance highlights, stretches them into 55° upward trails, and applies a spectral RGB dispersion gradient across the edges. It also layered a Screen composite and generated a procedural cyberpunk HUD tracking overlay.
Human Refinements: I manually used the exposed Inspector sliders to fine-tune the Highlight Threshold to 0.68 (isolating the Radio City marquee, streetlamps, and puddle reflection while eliminating building clutter) and dialed the Trail Length to 140 with an exponential falloff taper.

Restless Grind Effect Created with Invideo Agent
The full stack is: slow left-right sway, light handheld shake, pixelated outer frame with a clear window on the subject, a warm flare drifting corner to corner, and those quick flickering tracking bars.
Together it reads as someone locked in a boring, hurried loop they don't want to be in.
