Before signing any contract, this company checked the other side by hand. A manager opened one government registry, then another, then the bank's directory — verifying tax ID, registration number, company status, address, director, then bank details, one screen at a time.
It was slow, and it depended entirely on one person paying attention. Things slipped through: a company that had already been dissolved, a bank account off by a digit.
I built a workflow that lives inside their CRM. Now one "Verify" button runs the whole route — every registry, the bank directory, the account checksum, the format rules — and drops a status back into the record.
The work didn't get faster because someone rushed. It got faster because the eight separate checks became one, and none of them depend on remembering to do them anymore.

That's from the client review that landed on my profile this week, for OneHub — the payroll and people-operations platform I built for TechFoundry. Monthly payroll with fiscal-year tax withholding, payslips and tax certificates on demand, expense reports read line by line by Claude, and one reporting layer so the dashboard, the payslip and the certificate always agree.
The word I care about in that review is "deployed". Delivered means the code works. Deployed means payroll runs on it every month, people are paid the right amount, and nobody has to call me.
The thing I'd do differently: the tax rules started out hard-coded. Fine for one country, one fiscal year — until it wasn't. We later pulled them out into a rules engine so the same payroll runs across countries without touching the code. Next time that's day one, not a refactor.

New project in the works, an AI-powered CRM.
Currently shaping the direction and figuring out what actually belongs on each page. A couple of pages are further along, so I'm building out the widget library now, cards, table components, status states, the reusable pieces every other screen will get built from.
Getting this right early means the rest of the product stays consistent instead of every new page inventing its own version of the same thing.
Early days, but this is the part of the process I enjoy most. Before anything's settled, when the decisions still shape everything downstream.
The widget library direction feels smart—starting with reusable cards, tables, and states should make the CRM much easier to scale without losing clarity.
