Chợ Tuyển Dụng – Hero Section | Recruitment Platform Concept

Hi everyone! I’m Danh, a UI/UX designer from Vietnam 🇻🇳

This is the hero section for Chợ Tuyển Dụng (“Recruitment Market”), a Vietnamese job platform that connects candidates and employers in one place.

The goal was a single gateway for both sides. Candidates can search jobs, build ATS-ready CVs and practice interviews with AI. Employers can post jobs and screen applicants in real time.

The deep navy background with soft gradients gives it a modern, trustworthy feel. Floating cards preview the key features: the Candidate Portal, the AI Candidate Radar and live job stats for employers.

This is part of a 27-screen wireframe system for 2026.

💼 Open for work I’m looking for a long-term part-time role in UI/UX design for web apps and mobile apps. I’m available about 4 hours every evening, Vietnam time (GMT+7). That overlaps well with morning hours in Europe and the US.
