A nurture sequence that fires twice. A checkout that lives in a different tool than the offer page. Tags that no one remembers tagging.⁣ ⁣ Each piece works in isolation. As a system, none of it does.⁣ ⁣ You can spot a Patchwork Setup by what the founder says about it:⁣ ⁣ "I don't really know what fires when someone signs up." "We just kept adding things." "It worked once."⁣ ⁣ A clean Kajabi backend is boring on purpose. One offer traces from ad to opt-in to email to checkout to fulfillment to follow-up. And you can name every step out loud.⁣ ⁣ If you can't name them, look at the system holding the offer. Usually that's where the leak is.
