Designed a centralized procurement platform that brings clarity and control to complex team workflows. The dashboard unifies task management, supplier coordination, and delivery timeline tracking — all within one seamless workspace.
The calendar-first interface gives teams real-time visibility into meetings, calls, and daily schedules, reducing back-and-forth and keeping everyone aligned. Smart tracking features help teams stay on top of deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones without switching between tools.
The goal was to design something that feels intuitive from the first click — empowering procurement teams to move faster, collaborate better, and deliver with confidence.
