Project Title: Crew Match & Roster Management PWA (Air India)
Description: Built a high-performance Progressive Web App (PWA) using React.js designed for streamlined crew matching and roster scheduling for aviation operations.
Dual-Portal Architecture: Engineered separate, role-tailored dashboards for both Administrators (to assign duties, track duty hours, and manage flight schedules) and Pilots/Crew (for real-time roster access, schedule updates, and notifications).
PWA & Offline Capability: Leveraged PWA standards to deliver app-like performance, fast loading, and offline access critical for airline crew on the go.
Complex State & Schedule Management: Implemented scalable state management to handle heavy daily flight rosters, schedule conflicts, and dynamic crew assignments with high reliability.
Responsive & Intuitive UI: Crafted a clean, mobile-first interface ensuring seamless user experience across tablets, mobile devices, and desktops.
Tech Stack: React.js, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, Responsive Web Design, State Management.
