Infinite scroll was never designed for your well-being. It was designed for retention. I built Intentional — a prototype that redesigns infinite scroll into a friction-based, awareness-driven interaction. Instead of endless passive consumption: • Posts are blurred until you press and hold for 3 seconds • A circular progress indicator reinforces conscious choice • After every 5 posts, the UI pauses and asks: “Why are you here right now?” Learn.
