Most design portfolios look great and say nothing. Mine used to be one of them.
Building my own products changed everything. I stopped caring about beautiful screens and started obsessing over the numbers that actually matter: onboarding completion, free-to-paid conversion and retention rate.
And when I looked back at my portfolio, I realized it reflected none of that.
So I rebuilt my portfolio around that. Real products, numbers and results.
Show the problem you solved. Everything else is noise.
