Amazon Catalog Management | Variations, Flat Files & Listing Troubleshooting
A well-organized Amazon catalog is essential for maintaining accurate product listings and a smooth shopping experience.
My work involves managing complex Amazon Seller Central catalogs, fixing listing issues, and making sure product data is structured correctly across different marketplaces.
Key Areas of Work:
• Catalog Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, attributes, categories, and backend information.
• Parent-Child Variations: Build and troubleshoot variation relationships for products with different sizes, colors, styles, and other attributes.
• Flat File Management: Prepare and submit inventory templates for bulk listing updates, catalog corrections, and product relationship changes.
• Listing Troubleshooting: Investigate suppressed listings, catalog conflicts, attribute errors, and variation issues.
• Multimarketplace Coordination: Maintain consistent catalog information across Amazon US, Canada, Mexico, and other supported marketplaces.
My approach focuses on accurate product data, efficient catalog maintenance, and resolving issues without creating unnecessary disruptions to existing listings.

Amazon Book Optimization & Keyword Research
Getting a book published on Amazon is one step. Helping the right readers discover it is another.
I help authors improve their book listings through Amazon KDP optimization and targeted keyword research. From reviewing book descriptions to identifying relevant search terms, I focus on the details that can make a listing clearer, more relevant, and easier for potential readers to find.
What I can help with:
Amazon keyword research: Identify relevant search phrases that match your book’s topic, genre, and intended audience.
KDP listing optimization: Review your existing listing and identify areas that could be improved.
Book description refinement: Improve the clarity, structure, and appeal of your description while preserving your book’s voice.
Backend keyword suggestions: Recommend relevant search terms for Amazon KDP’s keyword fields.
Category and competitor research: Examine comparable books and relevant categories to identify potential opportunities.
Metadata recommendations: Suggest improvements to your title and subtitle where appropriate, along with other listing elements.
Every book has a different audience, so I approach keyword research with the book’s genre, marketplace, competition, and readers in mind. Rather than simply choosing popular keywords, I focus on finding relevant terms that align with what potential readers are actually searching for.
Whether you’re preparing to publish a new book or looking to improve an existing Amazon listing, I can help you identify practical opportunities and create a clearer optimization plan.
