Lately, I’ve been reflecting on some of the challenges that many Fintech platforms face, so I decided to dig deeper to better understand user needs and explore possible solutions. I conducted some research, spoke with a few users to uncover their pain points and also reviewed the design of various Fintech dashboards. From that, I came up with an interface concept I call FintiTek.
