The Heron chat widget is the product's main touchpoint. It floats over the architect's design software, answers questions about the model, and executes changes once approved.

Designing UI that lives inside another application changes the constraints. It has to hold legibility over dense linework, keep a small footprint, stay clearly branded without competing with the host software, and dismiss cleanly.

The product page demonstrates rather than describes. The widget is shown over a real floor plan, mid-conversation about an HVAC clearance issue, with the affected room highlighted in the drawing behind it. The surrounding layout is kept deliberately quiet so the widget holds the visual weight.

Brand Launch & Growth System | Live Events Concept (US) Built and managed the full launch and growth system for a new live-events concept, taking it from an idea to profitable, recurring monthly events within the first 45 days.

I developed the brand identity, designed the customer experience, built the Framer website, created the event infrastructure, handled marketing and organic growth, produced the content, built the ticketing experience, and developed the backend systems needed to operate and grow the business.

The website was built around a CMS-driven event structure, allowing each monthly event to launch from the same system with its own landing page, event details, media, and purchase flow.

Instead of relying on a traditional third-party ticketing platform, I built a custom ticketing experience around common issues customers and event operators face with larger platforms. Customers could purchase directly through the brand, receive their digital ticket, and add it to Apple Wallet. Keeping the transaction within the brand also reduced third-party fees and revenue splits while giving the business greater control over the customer experience and first-party purchase data.

Customer acquisition was handled across both paid and organic channels. I managed Meta advertising, organic social growth, content strategy, photography, video production, editing, creative direction, and the ongoing promotion of each event.

Every ticket buyer and inbound lead was captured into an owned customer database. I built automated follow-up around that data for event reminders, early-bird releases, reviews, future promotions, and retargeting so each event contributed to the audience for the next one instead of starting from zero every month.

The operational side was built to be repeatable as well, including venue partnerships, vendor coordination, inventory planning, event logistics, and a documented run-of-show.

Within the first three events, the concept had already generated meaningful net profit and established a repeatable monthly model with positive unit economics. The broader system was also packaged with domains for three additional cities to support future expansion, licensing, or handoff.

What made this project valuable was the full scope of the build. The final system connected branding, web development, custom ticketing, Apple Wallet integration, paid acquisition, organic growth, content production, first-party customer data, automation, recurring marketing, and event operations into one working business system.
