I recently automated a workflow to help businesses manage client appointments and data more efficiently. Using Zapier, Google Sheets, and Calendly, I built a system that:
Automatically captures client details when a meeting is scheduled via Calendly
Transfers the information to Google Sheets in a structured, organized format
Eliminates manual data entry, reducing errors and saving time
Improves internal tracking, making it easier to follow up with clients and maintain organized records
