I designed and developed LocalFlow, a modern CRM and booking management dashboard created for service-based businesses that need a simpler way to manage their daily operations.
The platform brings customer management, appointment bookings, lead tracking, reminders, invoices, reviews, team management, and analytics into one clean interface. I focused on creating a dashboard that makes important business information easy to understand at a glance while keeping navigation simple and intuitive.
The interface includes revenue insights, today's bookings, reminder performance, a visual sales pipeline, upcoming appointments, and dedicated areas for customers, employees, invoices, reviews, analytics, and settings.
The goal was to create a professional SaaS-style experience that could help businesses spend less time managing tools and more time serving customers.
● Redefined the firm's data architecture by building Amicus Hub, a company-wide database organising all client, company and internal data, with an Action Tracker monitoring every live engagement.
● Built an automation stack increasing efficiency across the firm's core workflows:
○ Pitch Deck Automation: cleans data, runs financial analysis and generates client decks. 2-3 hours down to 15-20 minutes.
○ Monthly MIS Drafter: cross-references engagement letters and prior reports to draft new ones. 40-50% less manual effort.
○ Automation Opportunity Scanner: surfaces client AI automation opportunities, now sold as a managed transformation service.
● Built the outbound engine: 1,200 targeted logistics prospects, financials on 400+, distilled to a 70-name priority shortlist.
Impressive stack. One thing that makes or breaks a firm-wide hub like this: data ownership. A central DB only stays current if every record type has a named owner and a defined update cadence — otherwise the tracker starts flagging stale engagements and people stop trusting it....
