I spend half my time building custom web platforms. The other half? Rescuing sites that were built wrong the first time.
It is a familiar story: a founder hires a budget agency, the site looks stunning on launch day, but six months later the cracks show. The page speed drops to 6 seconds. The mobile navigation glitches. Updating a simple CMS collection breaks the entire homepage grid.
Technical debt is expensive. When your digital architecture relies on 40 overlapping plugins, bloated page builders, and messy code, you aren't just failing Core Web Vitals—you are bleeding conversions and losing revenue.
My approach to website redesigns and platform migrations is strictly architectural:
Strip the Bloat: Audit the tech stack and remove unnecessary third-party scripts holding your load times hostage.
Rebuild with Clean Architecture: Rewrite the core using lightweight, custom code (Advanced Liquid for Shopify, lean ACF setups for WordPress, or optimized Framer builds).
Bulletproof the CMS: Lock down the backend. Your marketing team should be able to update content effortlessly without ever having the power to break the frontend layout.
If your e-commerce store or corporate site feels like it’s held together by duct tape, it’s time for a structural rebuild. Stop patching bad code. Let’s build it right.

Exactly! Giving a client or editor a blank drag-and-drop canvas is basically just a countdown to a broken layout.
I always set it up so the client gets a clean, fill-in-the-blank dashboard. Whether that means strictly configuring Role Manager settings in WordPress/Elementor or...
