This client's existing Performance Max campaign was producing high volumes of spam leads and wasting budget on poor-quality traffic. I rebuilt the account around a search campaign focused specifically on high-intent bathroom renovation searches, structured ad groups by buyer intent, and set up conversion tracking across both contact forms and phone calls. The rebuild eliminated spam leads entirely while achieving an 8.56% click-through rate and 6.40% conversion rate, for projects valued at $15,000–$50,000.
