Overview
SolutionExec was built from the ground up with James Kaikis to create a company-level GTM and revenue execution system for B2B and enterprise teams.
This is the second ongoing engagement, following GTM Shift, where the focus expanded from structuring advisory into designing and operating a full-stack GTM infrastructure.
