I help small business owners identify exactly where they're losing customers and revenue, and I give them a clear system to fix it. I've analyzed businesses across many industries, built structured competitor benchmarking frameworks, and delivered growth plans that identify anywhere from $50K–$250K in recoverable annual revenue. I'm not a generalist consultant. I do one thing: find what's broken and show you how to fix it in 30 days.
Most commercial disputes don’t start because someone intended to breach a contract.
They start because two parties signed the same document with completely different understandings of what it meant.
A few clauses I pay particular attention to in commercial agreements:
• Payment terms — When exactly does payment become due, and what happens if it isn’t made?
• Scope — What is actually being delivered, by whom, and by when?
• Liability — Is one party accepting substantially more risk than they realise?
• Termination — Can you actually exit the relationship if things stop working?
• Intellectual property — Who owns what is created during the relationship?
• Dispute resolution — Where, how and under which law will a dispute be dealt with?
The best time to identify these issues is usually before the commercial relationship becomes a legal problem.
I work with founders, businesses and entrepreneurs on commercial contracts, negotiations, corporate documentation and legal risk — with a focus on making agreements commercially practical, not unnecessarily complicated.
If you’re negotiating an agreement, setting up a new commercial relationship, or have a contract you’re unsure about, feel free to connect or reach out.
Small business owners: your books don't have to be overwhelmed.
I'm building Balanced by Ash to help small businesses keep their bookkeeping organized and up to date.
I can help with: Quickbooks online bookkeeping, Transaction categorization, Bank and account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, data entry and bookkeeping cleanup, basic financial reports.
I'm QuickBooks trained and Intuit Bookkeeping certified, and I'm currently taking on small freelance bookkeeping projects.
If your books need a little organization-or you have bookkeeping work that's been sitting on your to-do-list-I'm available for project-based work.
I recently launched TaxZed into closed beta — an accounting SaaS I've been building for Philippine businesses.
It's built with Laravel, React, TypeScript, and MySQL and handles workflows including expenses, revenue, VAT calculations, accounting entries, reporting, and accounting periods.
One of the interesting engineering challenges has been treating financial data differently from ordinary CRUD data. Calculations need to be deterministic, business rules belong on the server, and completed accounting periods need controls that prevent accidental changes.
I'm now bringing the same approach to DGoodmancorp, where I build and modernize SaaS and business applications.
Always interested in talking with founders and businesses working through complex software problems.
