showkit.dev — a social-proof bundle for indie SaaS founders: changelog, roadmap, and testimonials in a single embeddable widget. I designed, built, and launched it solo in 3 weeks (a 10-week plan, shipped early), building in public on X. Full stack: Next.js, Supabase (Postgres + row-level security), Stripe, and Vercel — shipped as a drop-in <script> embed at ~12 KB gzipped, backed by 140+ tests.

The Challenge: Oravelle Studios works across animation, illustration, board games, eBooks, and games five very different creative disciplines under one brand. The risk? A website that either flattens their range into something generic, or splinters into a confusing mess with no clear identity.
